As TIMBER’s CEO and Managing Director, Jason focuses on everything from company vision to strategy to business development. Prior to founding TIMBER, Jason built his career recruiting talent for a large, multinational consulting firm and supporting over 75 clients across the US for more than a decade. Originally a Nashville native, Jason has called West Seattle home for more than 15 years. Outside of the office you might spot him hiking, camping, fly fishing, and cheering on the Seahawks with friends and family.

 

Fun Fact: Jason once lived in Scotland for a year and backpacked solo around Western Europe for 2 months.

Amie Henson

Co-Founder, Marketing + Culture

Amie’s passion for philanthropy, generosity, and community are at the heart of TIMBER’s culture and company vision. With a background in design, project management, and team building, Amie spearheads marketing, communications and event coordination throughout the year. From Florida and Tennessee, her Southeast roots run deep, but the Pacfic Northwest is definitely home. On the weekends Amie is out exploring neighborhood parks with her kiddos, running/biking, painting, and spending time with friends and family.

 

Fun Fact: Amie ran her first half marathon in 2019.

Originally from Finland, Pekka is a West Coast transplant with an MBA and BA in Economics from University of Washington and more than twenty years of consulting industry experience. Whether developing strategy, mentoring consultants or delivering solutions, Pekka’s unique ability to engage with people and communicate across a wide variety of function areas shines through. In his spare time you might find him sailing, cooking, or working in his garden. 

 

Fun Fact: Pekka drove a milk truck while attending college in Finland.

With 20 years of accounting and finance experience ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Danita is the backbone of TIMBER’s operations, managing everything from budgeting to bookkeeping, reporting to forecasting, onboarding to payroll. Danita calls Springfield, Missouri home, and when she’s not engrossed in numbers, she can be found traveling with her family, hiking, running, and chasing her two kids.

 

Fun Fact: Danita’s skills as a baker could give the Great British Baking Show a run for their money.

Adam’s love for dogs, fitness, wine, and living on the water is proof he’s a true Northwesterner at heart.

 

Fun Fact: Adam is the co-founder of two Eastside gyms. Even though he is now a silent partner, he is still a certified exercise physiologist.

Born in Seattle, raised in high-tech, trained in dot.com.  It’s no surprise that Nicole’s passion for technology runs deep.  From high-tech to health tech, she has spent the last 20 years aligning complex business challenges with innovative solutions. 

 

She believes what has always set her apart is the genuine connections she makes with her colleagues and clients.  Integrity and the “golden rule” are the foundation that allows her to truly listen for what is needed in order to determine a thoughtful, sometimes creative, approach to the solution.  In her spare time, she enjoys exploring her creative side, whether from behind the camera working on photography or behind the chop saw working on home improvement.

 

Fun Fact: Growing up, it became evident to all around her that Nicole had a St. Patrick’s Day “curse”,  which kept her family pediatrician employed and on speed dial on that one specific day every year.  By her teenage years, the series of unfortunate events ceased but it’s safe to say you will never find her skydiving on March 17th. Ever.
