As TIMBER’s CEO and Managing Director, Jason focuses on everything from company vision to strategy to business development. Prior to founding TIMBER, Jason built his career recruiting talent for a large, multinational consulting firm and supporting over 75 clients across the US for more than a decade. Outside of the office you might spot him hiking, camping, fly fishing, and cheering on his children at their sporting events.

Fun Fact: Jason once lived in Scotland for a year and backpacked solo around Western Europe for 2 months.

Amie’s passion for philanthropy, generosity, and community are at the heart of TIMBER’s culture and company vision. With a background in design, project management, and team building, Amie spearheads marketing, communications and event coordination throughout the year. From Florida and Tennessee, her Southeast roots run deep. On the weekends, Amie can be spotted watching her kiddos’ basketball games, running/biking, painting, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.

Fun Fact: Amie attended music school, was in the opera Pagliacci, and runs an interior design side hustle.

With 20 years of accounting and finance experience ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Danita is the backbone of TIMBER’s operations, managing everything from budgeting to bookkeeping, reporting to forecasting, onboarding to payroll. Danita calls Springfield, Missouri home, and when she’s not engrossed in numbers, she can be found traveling with her family, hiking, running, and chasing her two kids.

Fun Fact: Danita’s skills as a baker could give the Great British Baking Show a run for their money.

A powerhouse of positivity, Emily brings genuine warmth and enthusiasm to every aspect of her role at TIMBER. She loves connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building relationships and setting goals to enhance their lives for the better. A WSU grad, she worked as a consultant for a women’s organization traveling throughout the U.S., but eventually found her way back home to Sammamish, WA where she currently resides. During her free time you’ll likely find Emily outside in the sun, swimming and boating on the lake with friends, or on the hunt for the best restaurants around.

Fun Fact: An avid music fan, Emily has been to more than 60 live concerts and counting. Plus, she puts on a killer karaoke performance herself!

With a true passion for helping people, Kate has found a way to live her passion daily by helping candidates on their path to achieving long term career goals by matching them with the absolute best project, team, and company fit. Kate brings a kind heart and warm demeanor coupled with a strong technical background and over 15 years of recruiting experience. In her free time, you can find her seeking the sunshine with her wonderful husband and three incredible kids.

Fun Fact: Kate spent a few years in college honing her skills as a competitive ballroom dancer.

Steph brings over 10 years of diverse experience in HR, payroll, compliance, and operations to the team. Passionate about a people-first approach, she specializes in building structured systems that support employees and keep organizations running efficiently. She holds CSP and TSC certifications and is nearing completion of her degree in Business Administration.

After swapping Southern California for the lush landscape of southwestern Washington, Steph fully embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. When she isn’t streamlining workflows or managing compliance, she’s likely outdoors snowboarding, hiking, or golfing with her family, thrifting for unique vintage finds, or cozying up at home with her cats and a good cup of coffee.
