As TIMBER’s CEO and Managing Director, Jason focuses on everything from company vision to strategy to business development. Prior to founding TIMBER, Jason built his career recruiting talent for a large, multinational consulting firm and supporting over 75 clients across the US for more than a decade. Originally a Nashville native, Jason has called West Seattle home for more than 15 years. Outside of the office you might spot him hiking, camping, fly fishing, and cheering on the Seahawks with friends and family.

Fun Fact: Jason once lived in Scotland for a year and backpacked solo around Western Europe for 2 months.

Amie’s passion for philanthropy, generosity, and community are at the heart of TIMBER’s culture and company vision. With a background in design, project management, and team building, Amie spearheads marketing, communications and event coordination throughout the year. From Florida and Tennessee, her Southeast roots run deep, but the Pacfic Northwest is definitely home. On the weekends Amie is out exploring neighborhood parks with her kiddos, running/biking, painting, and spending time with friends and family.

Fun Fact: Amie ran her first half marathon in 2019.

With 20 years of accounting and finance experience ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Danita is the backbone of TIMBER’s operations, managing everything from budgeting to bookkeeping, reporting to forecasting, onboarding to payroll. Danita calls Springfield, Missouri home, and when she’s not engrossed in numbers, she can be found traveling with her family, hiking, running, and chasing her two kids.

Fun Fact: Danita’s skills as a baker could give the Great British Baking Show a run for their money.

With a background in entrepreneurship and technology, Adam’s passion for helping people and businesses thrive has been a cornerstone of his career. In his role at TIMBER, he actively listens to clients’ business objectives and goals, then finds the best talent that not only aligns with their mission, but also enables the candidate to take their career to the next level. Adam’s love for dogs, fitness, wine, and living on the water is proof he’s a true Northwesterner at heart.

Fun Fact: Adam is the co-founder of two Eastside gyms. Even though he is now a silent partner, he is still a certified exercise physiologist.

A people person at heart, Devon brings warmth, affability and optimism to his work every day. He takes pride in connecting with clients and candidates as human beings, helping match talented individuals with the perfect position, project and company culture. On the weekends you might catch him wine tasting or powerlifting — but hopefully not both at the same time!

Fun Fact: A huge Harry Potter fan, Devon has two cats named Hagrid and Sirius.

Born in Seattle, raised in high-tech, trained in dot.com.  It’s no surprise that Nicole’s passion for technology runs deep.  From high-tech to health tech, she has spent the last 20 years aligning complex business challenges with innovative solutions. 

She believes what has always set her apart is the genuine connections she makes with her colleagues and clients.  Integrity and the “golden rule” are the foundation that allows her to truly listen for what is needed in order to determine a thoughtful, sometimes creative, approach to the solution.  In her spare time, she enjoys exploring her creative side, whether from behind the camera working on photography or behind the chop saw working on home improvement.

Fun Fact: Growing up, it became evident to all around her that Nicole had a St. Patrick’s Day “curse”,  which kept her family pediatrician employed and on speed dial on that one specific day every year.  By her teenage years, the series of unfortunate events ceased but it’s safe to say you will never find her skydiving on March 17^th. Ever.

With a true passion for helping people, Kate has found a way to live her passion daily by helping candidates on their path to achieving long term career goals by matching them with the absolute best project, team, and company fit. Kate brings a kind heart and warm demeanor coupled with a strong technical background and over 10 years of recruiting experience. In her free time, you can find her seeking the sunshine with her wonderful husband and three incredible kids.

Fun Fact: Kate spent a few years in college honing her skills as a competitive ballroom dancer.

A powerhouse of positivity, Emily brings genuine warmth and enthusiasm to every aspect of her role at TIMBER. She loves connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building relationships and setting goals to enhance their lives for the better. In her position as Sourcing Recruiter, Emily helps identify, recruit, screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, helping people land jobs they will be successful in. A WSU grad, she worked as a consultant for a women’s organization traveling throughout the U.S., but eventually found her way back home to Sammamish, WA where she currently resides. During her free time you’ll likely find Emily outside in the sun, swimming and boating on the lake with friends, or on the hunt for the best restaurants around.

Fun Fact: An avid music fan, Emily has been to more than 60 live concerts and counting. Plus, she puts on a killer karaoke performance herself!
